The Athens Township Trustees meet in regular session at the township hall, 313 W. Union Street, at 5:30 PM on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month.
Meeting changes or special meetings are published in the Athens Messenger if time permits.
In accordance with Ohio Revised Code §121.22 (C) and to meet the open meetings requirement of state statute, the local media and any other person or organization asking for notification are always informed of any change of date, time or place and for any special meetings.
Notification should also be posted on the front page of this website.

A regular but rescheduled meeting of the Athens Township Board of Trustees will be held at the Athens Township Hall, 313 W. Union Street, Athens, Ohio on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 starting at 5:30 PM.
